“Ikh Korum” Hotel is a development located 343 km west of the capital city Ulaanbaatar, adjacent to the ruins of Kharkhorum, the capital of the ancient Mongolian Empire, and within the territory of Erdene Zuu Monastery, which is part of the Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage site, significant to Mongolia's history. “Ikh Korum” Hotel was established in 2016 in Kharkhorin soum, Uvurkhangai aimag, with the noble goal of providing a comfortable and clean environment for foreign and domestic travelers and vacationers, developing the tourism service sector in the local area, and introducing standard services. Since opening its doors, it has undergone continuous renovation and development, and in 2023, Buildings B and C with a Spa center and coffee shop, the Ikh Ger Lounge, Hunnu Ger and a playground, and a greenhouse were put into operation, transforming “Ikh Korum” Hotel into a complex. The “Ikh Korum” Hotel Complex includes: * Buildings A (27 rooms), B (22 rooms), and C (13 rooms) with guest rooms * Hunnu Luxury Gers - 10 * Restaurant with a capacity of 150 people * “Ikh Ger” Lounge with a capacity of 80-100 people * Spa center (Swimming pool, dry and steam saunas, hot and cold jacuzzis, 2 types of massage rooms) * Coffee shop (separate from the restaurant) * Staff kitchen and dining hall, laundry area * Car garage - 70 spaces * Children's playground * Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts * Four-season greenhouse for growing vegetables for food production * Steam boiler, guardhouse
